We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.zhenlinenservices.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Please note we do not offer exchanges.
To request a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
Orders placed on any other platform may not have the same return policy. Please contact directly through that specific platform if the order was placed there.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Include your Zhen Linen order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fabric yards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note we do not offer exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
