Will I receive an order confirmation? | Do you launder linens? |
Yes, once your order request is processed and confirmed we will email you an order confirmation. Please read and review the order confirmation carefully, and let us know if you need any changes to the order, or if anything is in error. | Yes, we have the capability of full linen service. If you need linen to be laundered and returned after your event, we are able to provide that service. Even if your items are not purchased directly from us, we are able to launder them as we are a full linen service. That includes, custom linen designs, full laundry service, and rental/purchase service. |
Can I make changes to an order? | Can I cancel my order? |
You have maximum three hours before your order is in processing. After it is processing, we can no longer make any changes. | Due to the nature of our business (all items are made to order), cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing your order or may be charged a re-stocking fee. |
